Eligibility
Bus routes run throughout the City of Elmira and between Elmira and Corning (Corning Community College), Elmira and Ithaca (Cornell University), Elmira and Waverly, Elmira and Horseheads, and from the Chemung County Transportation Center to the Corning Transportation Center.

Fees
Tokens, monthly passes, semester passes or cash must be used. Must have exact change if paying by cash. Regular route service cash disabled fare each boarding $0.85. Shopper Shuttle $0.50 per boarding, $0.25 seniors and individuals with a disability. Routes 10, 20, 20E cash disabled fare each boarding $1.10.
