Description
Works with individuals and families who are having trouble paying their mortgage. Attempts to work collaboratively with other agencies and mortgage holders to resolve issues related to housing. Case management services help individuals and families to identify potential problems and ways to work around them to assist in maintaining long-term housing stability.
