Description

Offers limited FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) financial assistance to help working families faced with emergency Rent or Utility situations. Utility assistance is available after HEAP season is over through NYSEG Project Share. Funding is extremely limited, may not be able to fill all requests.
