The Rochester and Finger Lakes Region Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association serves Chemung, Livingston, Ontario, Monroe, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates counties with Support Groups, Education Programs, Early-Stage Engagement Activities, and other resources for care partners and those living with dementia.
